Stay for the last weekends available this summer! Vacation rental will not be available next summer (2024).
Enjoy a day on Lake Pend Oreille, an adventure at Silverwood Theme Park or bike through Farragut State Park. The small town of Bayview comes alive in the summer with many outdoor activities.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was built in 2019.
Sleeping Arrangements (updated as of 2023)
Master Bedroom - Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom - Queen bed (sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom - 3 Twin beds (sleeps 3)
The kids can play basketball in the garage or corn hole, while others can take the two complimentary kayaks or two paddle boards out on the water and others can soak up the sun from the large deck.
This house is a wonderful place for families to get away or a quiet retreat for couples. The house is walking distance to town and has many deer and turkeys that pass through the yard often.
A pack-n-play is provided by the owners as well as a portable high chair and changing pad. The second bathroom is spacious and has a tub/shower combo. Enjoy the BBQ grill on the patio with seating at the outdoor table for 6 people.
We will accept a long term stay starting October 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024. Please reach out for pricing.
Additional House Rules:
- The house sleeps 7 people maximum. The owners ask that at any time the only guests at the house are the ones that are registered to spend the night.
- Only 4 cars are allowed to park at the property at any time.
- No parties, events or unapproved gatherings.
- No RV's are allowed in the driveway per HOA restrictions. There are RV rental spaces in town and we are happy to provide contact information.
