Positive: We have a 10- and 12-year-old daughter that absolutely loved the pool! If they were not at the beach, they were in the pool. I loved the shady porch options outside, and we ALL loved early morning and late-night reading in the lovely screened-in porch. We were grateful they had plenty of beach towels available to us. Close proximitey to Indian Shores and North Redington Beaches. I was attending a conference in Clearwater and it was 15-20 min drive each day (which fortunately I had a family member willing to drive me up early and drop me off as parking in Clearwater was difficult!)
Negative: Honestly it was all wonderful so this is not really a "didn't like" but just a comment! We have stayed at a home in the past that had a small beach wagon, small cooler, and beach toys in the garage that were open to guest use. I understand that this would be annoying in terms of upkeep, making sure guests don't take them, etc, but it was an amazing perk for an out-of-town traveler to have access to that.
Summary: Beautiful, relaxing, spacious accommodations which are about a 10-min drive from the beach.
