Then take a 5 minute stroll to the safe North End swimming area patrolled by the surf club, making the property right in the hub of the summer scene, yet still a peaceful tranquill setting. Large section for the kids to play. Close to all the main attractions at Waihi Beach
Two self contained levels with their own kitchens, bathrooms & laundry’s. Two toilets down stairs. Three bedrooms downstairs & two upstairs. Downstairs has a bunk room that can sleep six.
Covered upstairs deck with outdoor table & chairs. Weber BBQ. Lower level outdoor entertainment area for the teenagers! Off road parking for up to five cars. Covered patio area up to upstairs entrance.
Set off the road in a peaceful part of Waihī beach with good neighbours that we want to stay friends with.
