Welcome to this beautiful house for 4 people with garden, shared pool and at only 170 metres away from Oliva Nova beach.
The private exteriors of this fantastic house are simply ideal. A beautiful corner in the open air, surrounded by a lawn area and furnished with a table and 4 exterior chairs, invites you to have a tasty breakfast before spending a great morning at the shared chlorine pool of 12 x 7 m and of 0.6 a 1.8 m depth, or at the beach, which without doubts is the main attraction of this house due to its proximity. On the way back, you can cool off at the exterior shower, eat out, chat and have a glass of wine at the upper terrace, with golf course views.
The accommodation distributes its renewed and great stays on a unique height, on the ground floor. When you come into the house, there is a beautiful kitchen-living-dining room, with air conditioning and chimney, where to watch TV, sit down to read a book and prepare your star dishes on the ceramic cooktop. Right there, there are the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Likewise, the house features two dormitories, of which one includes wardrobe, a double bed and space to allocate a cot and a high-chair, and the other simply has a trundle bed. The bathroom of the house provides our guests with a shower.
The location is perfect since you have at your disposal a great variety of services like restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. In fact, you also have a shopping center in its nearby. Moreover, its spectacular beach of dunes and crystal-clear waters is at only 170 metres, so you can reach it by feet and enjoy water sports such as windsurf, among others. The golf course is at only 200 meters. We do recommend you visiting Oliva village.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
