Gorgeous Custom Chalet in Rockport Maine, minutes to the beach, restaurants, Pen Bay Medical Center, outstanding schools and more! Stays only Saturday thru Saturday. Guests must sign a fully executed rental agreement and house rules prior to renting, please call or email me using the website for details. Fully stocked kitchens! Yes, kitchens... 2 of them! Built on 2 sprawling acres, and tucked away in an extraordinary location of Rockport. Please inquire first about having an event at the house such as birthday parties or weddings, as larger events are restricted. There is only parking for limited amount of vehicles. Literally minutes to shopping and grocery, plus some of Maines most well known New Englander events, such as the "Lobster Festival!" Plenty to see and do, stay at the house and enjoy the pleasant climate, the newly built Gazebo and BBQ area. Or, go to one of the lovely beaches in the area. Directions to many of the best beaches in the area are in a book in the house. Enjoy a beautiful 18 hole golf course close by, a ferry ride to the island, touring museums, and a stroll down the Main Street in Rockland. There are lots of shops to tour and plenty of restaurants nearby. There is so much abundant beauty and so many fun things to do. There are 2 kitchens and 2 laundry areas, the house lives like 2 homes, and is perfect for Traveling professionals who desire their own privacy. Or, great for Families planning to stay with extended family or friends. Home included lots of dramatic living area, with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. There is a pretty deck off the front of the house as well as a deck off the master bedroom. A brand new Gazebo and BBQ too. Beautiful new mattresses and professionally cleaned between stays.
