The apartment is a few meters away from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the center of Budoni, from supermarkets, shops, bars, tobacconists, bakery, restaurants, bank, post office and pharmacy.

- It is forbidden to organize parties / events;
- Animals are not allowed;
- Turn off the air conditioning if you are away from home;
- Make sure that the kitchen stove (gas) is switched off;

There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy sun from breakfast till dinner. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a wonderful sunny day at the beach.
You will also love the air conditioning (in the living room and in the bedrooms) especially when the temperature is above 30 °
One important house rule, the separate collection of waste is mandatory. Sanctions are envisaged (issued by the city hall) if the collection's calendar is not respected.
You will find more information in the house about the use of different containers for separate waste collection. In Budoni the collection of waste is done from door-to-door in the morning, this means that you just have to follow the collection's calendar and put it outside the house the correct bin the night before.
Sardinia is eco-frienfly with one of the highest success recycling rates in Italy.
I hope this easy house rule can be accepted by you.
Due to possible closure of the water, decided by local authority in some days in summer, there is a tank in the garden to ensure storage of potable water. This is a great hotel.
HOME RULES

- Pets are not allowed in the house;
- No party & no loud music;

- Make sure the kitchen is turned off (it's a gas kitchen therefore it's for your own safety);
- If you run out of gas, please call me;
- it might happen that my gardener will come during your stay to water the plants and make sure the garden is in good condition.
The apartment is suitable for a family with children. Situated 300 meters from supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, bars etc.
The most important thing to know it's the distance to the beach .... Well you can see from the Pictures that my apartment is right in front of one of the biggest beach of Budoni.
The house is completely new with new supplies as well with attention to important details like air conditioning and water containers.
My accommodation is the perfect solution to enjoy the summer in Sardinia!
