Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The house was ok; clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The magic happens outside. This house is on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood. The deck off the kitchen is perfect. It has both sitting and a dining area with a grill. It is under a canopy of trees providing shade and comfort. The back yard is a good size, fenced in for the most part, again trees providing shade and privacy to most of the yard. A fire pit made for cool evening fun. Kelly beach was small but nice, perfect for young children. The walk to the beach is doable but treacherous since there are no sidewalks and a good amount of traffic. I read about a trolley service but saw no evidence of that, we shuttled people back and forth so had no need for it anyway. The host was responsive and kind. I would rent again except we really needed one more bedroom this year and we have a new grandchild on the way making this house challenging for space. We scoped our other listings in the neighborhood and no yard compared to this one. Very sad to not be able to return.
