This beautiful oceanfront home is located on the well-known Playa Hermosa Beach in Costa Rica, in the exclusive gated community of Hermosa Palms. The development is a popular destination for surfers, families and those looking for an amazing spot to relax for a few days or a few weeks.
Our home hosts an open floor plan great for large family dinners and cozy movie nights. The downstairs living room opens to an expansive outdoor living space to enjoy epic sunsets and evening beach strolls. Wonderfully furnished and fully equipped, this is a perfect place to come and enjoy Costa Rica with gated security, beautiful grounds and immense common area swimming pool.
This property is a great choice for your tropical vacation. Our on-site bilingual Manager/Concierge can assist with activities, in-home chefs or any of your needs. The newly remodeled kitchen features a gas stove, convection oven, microwave and is fully stocked with the tools you need to make anything from a fresh fruit smoothie to a gourmet dinner. We have 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The second level family room includes a built-in wet bar with full size fridge. A beautifully furnished private side patio is a quiet escape to read a book or simply relax. Included in your 7-day stay is one complimentary housekeeping. The common-area swimming pool has the famous swim up YoYo's Beach Bar (You must try the fantastic fish shawarma or tasty Bubba's tacos and don't miss the homemade hummus and pita bread!)
Our home is a quick 15 minutes from Jaco or just an hour's drive to the world-famous Manuel Antonio State Park. On the way there be sure and stop at El Avion, home of the C-123 Cargo plane that was shot down during the Iran-Contra scandal!
