This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Cape Charles’ beautiful gated community in Bay Creek will give you tranquility and excitement all in this beautiful village located on the Chesapeake Bay.
This home was just renovated and completely decorated with a Chesapeake Bay Coastal theme in June of 2021. We think you'll find it strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and that coastal beach theme right down to all of the coastal decorations, a lot of which came from the local area in Cape Charles.
Wake up to magnificent views of the Chesapeake Bay from the crow’s nest while enjoying that first cup of coffee or the beverage of your choice.
Unwind on the second floor living and dining areas which features an 8’ slate Pool Table, bar area, a sizable living area with a large flat screen TV, and indoor shuffleboard. Or take time to go out on the second floor deck and enjoy the view as well as the breeze that blows across the deck in the summertime. In the evening, relax on the third level and enjoy that glass of wine or a refreshing adult beverage while enjoying the views.
This home offers beds that comfortably sleep 12 people. All bedding is provided with your rental. This home is perfect for 2 families as well as their children.
The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and sliding doors leading out to the 1st floor deck. The large private bathroom has been remodeled with a large double-head walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub, plenty of lighting, including backlit mirrors. The 2nd bedroom, also on the first floor, has a queen-size bed and a bathroom/shower that is also adjacent to the bedroom. It also has sliding doors that open to the 1st floor deck. The 3rd bedroom, located on the 2nd floor to the left, has two double beds. The 4th bedroom is located on the 2nd floor to the left from the hall and has two single beds and one double bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs in them.
The home has a well-equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances and is a chef’s dream. The family room has a 65” QLED 4K Samsung Smart TV with all of your local channels as well as HBO. The house is equipped with WiFi. There is a Food Lion grocery store just minutes from the property where you can stock up on groceries, beverages, and any supplies you may want.
This vacation rental has 3 decks with ample tables and outdoor seating, a wood firepit, a gas grill, a wet bar on the third floor with magnificent views, corn hole boards, paddle boards, and beach chairs for your use. The home also has a full-size slate pool table, new indoor shuffleboard. We also offer 2 brand new 6-passenger Golf Carts that can be used during your vacation stay. We will ask for releases to be singed by everyone that is going drive them and they must be over the age of 18 with a valid drivers license. Cape Charles is a golf cart friendly community, and it makes transportation much easier to get around, to get to the local beaches, as well as transport your paddleboards and any of your beach needs.
Cape Charles, Kings Creek, and Bay Creek are golf cart friendly communities. You will enjoy touring old town where you will be taken back in time with quaint boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries, a theatre, brewery (accessible by golf cart path) distillery, and an unspoiled public beach.
