Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the beach, our community’s club house main pool, our additional pool just in the back of our apartment, (walk from our garden balcony straight to the pool!!), Palmas Del Mar’s many restaurants, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, and golf cart (for an additional fee). No stairs, garden apartment!
Our beach villa is located in the gated Harbour Lakes (HL) community, within the additionally gated Palmas Del Mar Beach Resort (PDM). It has two controlled access gates.
HL community includes a club house with the main pool area and children’s pool, 4 smaller pools throughout the community one of which is a few steps from our garden balcony. So you can walk straight from our garden balcony to the pool.
Our Villa is in the first floor so there are NO stairs to climb, allowing to easily bring your bags and groceries, etc. It is newly refurbished and decorated. Has 3 bedrooms (king, queen and two twins) and 2 ½ bathrooms. Kitchen includes breakfast stools and balcony includes living and dining furniture as well as a gas BBQ.
Golf Car for 6 passengers available for additional fee upon request.
Next door ground floor villa is also available for another 6 guests for larger families (subject to availability) for additional fee.
This 3 Bedrooms Apartment provides accommodation with Pool, View, Oceanfront, for your convenience. This Apartment features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
