Positive: The location was fantastic. The food was average. I hated the buffet lunch. The breakfast was cold and lacked variety. The staff were mostly friendly but a little awkward to get along with the maids initially. I had to revert to speaking to the manager before I was awarded the room that I thought that I had booked.

Negative: The photos advertised on Booking.com and also the Beachcomber Island own website were inaccurate for the type of rooms I had tried to book. I was awarded an upgrade but it took a complaint to the manager to organise it.
