There is so much more to explore and discover! The West Tower, where your condo is located, houses the children's water park. Mom and Dad can swim and relax by one of the several pools, while the kids are entertained by the water playground, slides, and getting soaked by the giant dumping splash bucket! Just walk down a few steps from the pool deck and you are right on the beach with two beach lounges and an umbrella awaiting you. This is an additional $40 per day bonus that we have prepaid for you! NO SMOKING: Splash is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all common areas, as well as in our condo unit and balcony. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property throughout the rental period. On-site registration will check identification when you pay the $35 per vehicle and amenities fee. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of the stay.
Damage & Incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. There will be no additional charges as long as the terms & conditions of your stay are followed. These include no smoking, damage, or missing items, and following the OCCUPANCY and AGE REQUIREMENT RULES.
