Positive: The location was great, right on the beach in an area that was not very crowded. The couches and beds were comfortable.
Negative: There were several things that were disappointing. First of all it is small for the price and we had 4 adults and 2 children - as you can see by the square feet, but we didn’t mind that part as much. We like to cook dinners on vacation and the kitchen is TINY, again not just the size but also the cabinets were totally unorganized which felt like it was messy and not very clean and we could only find one usable pot and pan - everything else was scratched up so badly it wasn’t usable. Several cabinet knobs were missing in the kitchen as well as in the bedrooms on the dressers. Only one lamp worked in the living room. The en suite bathroom was the tiniest bathroom, again aside from the size, it had a bit of an odor and the faucet was almost unusable because it sprayed so badly when turned on even at a low setting. This bathroom also had zero places to hang a single bath towel except a hand towel - I did eventually find what I think was supposed to be a hook & screws for the back of the bathroom door, that was put in the nightstand drawer and not replaced/fixed. We also found several items leftover from previous visitors including black jeans, makeup remover towels, the cap of a makeup bottle, nail polish, and a couple other items. Given the showers were so small, I also did not like that the owner provided their own hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In a hotel these things can make sense but for this environment - no. Personally it didn’t seem clean to use and took up what little shelf space there was available for my own toiletries in the shower. Part of me wondered if we were just getting the end-of-season issues given we stayed in mid August, but still that’s not an acceptable excuse for the overall cost of this stay.
