Summary: The house is located on the beach in a "Closed for Traffic" location so no cars and minimal people. It's also close to Watermans marina, a good place to launch boats in the bay and have dinner and drinks. House has a nice layout, plenty of bedrooms and baths. Kitchen is small but we didn't spend any time there. Plenty of room for parking, I brought my boat with no issues.
