Second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds that can sleep 4, loft/den with a twin bed, and a large ground floor living room with queen sleeper and slider to a enclosed patio with gas grill. A rooftop balcony that is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Its super sized skylight brings in bright natural light with well appointed and equipped kitchen. It is your dream cape vacation unit and location!
The condo locates in an ocean front complex that is walking to Main Street shopping, waterfront dinning, parks, deep sea fishing, Nantucket/Vineyard ferries and much more!
The unit include free Wifi and newly installed quiet central AC, two new smart LED TVs with Netflix and other apps, cable and an electric piano for music lovers. Private beach is only 200 feet away and connected to a public beach(Kalmus Beach) with great seafood shack. It is also next door to Veteran's Memorial park/beach, JFK memorial, and 0.6 miles to Hy-line Ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Other amenities include one parking space and a guest parking(on alternate weeks, paid additional parking can be arranged), bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, hair dryers, washer and dryer, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, patio furniture, 5 beach chairs, one set beach umbrella, dishes and cooking pans, utensils, condiments, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, stove/oven, refrigerator.
Entertainment: Both TVs in living room and bedroom are new smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Fire, YouTube and other apps. Comcast cable 140+ channels are included. There is also a DVD player and an extensive DVD library to choose from. In addition, there is a Casio Privia fully weighted electric piano on first floor if you want to play piano.
Summer Rental is on Saturday to Saturday weekly basis for one week minimum.
