Seafarer is Located on scenic 30A, nestled on top of the beautiful sugar white dunes, this 2-story townhome has all the makings for an unforgettable beach vacation.
Get the most from the Gulf views with a furnished balcony and patio with beautiful beach-front views! This home is within minutes of all the shopping, entertainment, and dining options that 30A has to offer. Take the Boardwalk Stairs down to the beach and stake out your spot in the sand!
The first floor has a fully appointed kitchen, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of room. Large sliding glass doors in the living room give great views of the sugar-white sands and turquoise water of the best beaches that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The second floor has a King-size bed in the main bedroom overlooking the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom with a king bed, as well as a private balcony, Seacrest Townhomes are conveniently located along County Highway 30A, nestled between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Within walking or biking distance to charming shopping centers and eateries, you and your family can lounge on the gorgeous white sandy beaches during the day, and enjoy the nightlife and shopping in the evening, you'll never want to leave!
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
