The property benefits from a large communal pool, located just down the villa and enjoys a magnificent view from its large terrace. With the beach at a short distance without any construction in-between, the villa offer a wide open view to the ever changing sea, the 5 islands, the mountains of the continent, the ferries coming and going, the fishing boats and the occasional cruise ships anchored out in front. The location is extremely quiet, yet within only 15 minutes from all the conveniences of Nathon town, the capital of the island, has to offer and within walking distance to several beachfront restaurants and resorts. .
The villa was designed to take full advantage of the fabulous views and gentle sea breezes. Three steps take you to a large outdoor terrace surrounded by mature tropical plants. The folding patio doors lead into a large lounge with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, custom made furniture, including a flat screen TV. The lounge leads to 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with king-size bed, equipped with a large wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower. 2 large French windows opening to the sea and to the large terrace makes it a very unique bedroom with incredible views. One double bedrooms equipped with a large cabinet and and ensuite bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a large 3rd master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, also facing the sea. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioners with and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is equipped with a counter tops and bar stools, a large fridge with freezer, all western equipment including a microwave, coffee machine.
The beach is almost private and the sea there is very calm, about 1.50 meter deep by high tide with crystal clear waters. It is very safe for children. By low tide the sea retreats far away offering marvelous stretches' of white sand where it is wonderful to walk in an enchanting tropical environment. Due to the construction of an adjacent villa not far from my villa , the rental prices are discounted 50% between April 1 to June 30, 2024 and between Sept. 1 to Dec. 15, 2024. due to possible noise occuring. No construction works during July and August 2024 and after december 15, 2024.
