4 Bedroom House in Ocean View
Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing will occur prior to the arrival of each guest. Cleaning crews wear masks and gloves and use CDC approved cleaning products. All rooms are disinfected using a spray gun and disinfecting solution on all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, lamps, countertops, cabinet door handles, sinks, faucets, toilets, showers and tubs.

From May 25 thru September 30, 2024, weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are required.
Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath row house with 3 Master suites. The outstanding Bear Trap Dunes golf club, indoor/outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, saunas, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball court, and the world class fitness center are steps away from our home.
Our home sleeps 12 comfortably in bedrooms. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the English basement. The home has been furnished with superior bedding and platinum grade appliances.
The upper floor has two large Master bedrooms. One has a king size bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan, cable HDTV, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the Village Green. The second Master Bedroom on the upper floor has 2 queen size beds, private bath with dual vanity, ceiling fan, and cable HDTV. Both of these bedrooms have large walk in closets.
The first floor includes the third Master Bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, walk in closet, ceiling fan, and cable HDTV. The main living area on this floor is comprised of the kitchen, dining area and living room. This area has cable HDTV with a DVD player, ceiling fan, sofa, love seat, and a dining table for 8, which is supplemented by the granite topped island bar and 4 stools. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a dishwasher. The first floor also has a half bath and a front hall closet which contains a booster chair for little ones, and a folding table and four chairs.
The English basement has a separate bedroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a full bathroom, and a large living space which includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, rocking chair, cable HDTV with DVD player, ping pong and Foosball tables. The basement bedroom has a double bed, and two twin beds. This bedroom also has cable HDTV with a DVD player.
The garage contains a basketball arcade game which is fun for kids of all ages, six beach chairs, and beach toys for kids. It is also a convenient place for stowing your bikes, strollers, golf clubs and sandy beach gear. Our patio has a large picnic table and umbrella for outdoor relaxation and for grilling on our gas grill. There is also a Weber kettle if you prefer.
We provide mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters. For your comfort and economy, guests should bring their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels for each bathroom. There are also linen services available in the immediate area including delivery and pick up:

There is a separate optional guest fee imposed by the Village at Bear Trap Dunes for use of the membership facilities including the Beach Shuttle buses, the indoor and outdoor pools, the Jacuzzi and two saunas, five tennis courts including four Har-Tru courts, a pickle ball court, basketball and volleyball courts, a Tot Lot for the kids, and the Pavilion fitness center with cardio and weight lifting equipment. These weekly passes are optional, however the facilities are excellent and are well worth the fee. Passes must be purchased at the Pavilion on the day of your arrival. Since you can share passes among your group, you should only purchase passes based on the maximum number of people who will be using the amenities at the same time.. The cost for these weekly passes during prime season is $55 per pass.
