This beautifully renovated olivar offers the best of both worlds with traditional stone buildings and all modern conveniences. This traditionally built house offers a large open plan lounge with comfy leather sofas, satellite tv and free wifi . There is a large wood burner for cool winter evenings and aircon for hot summer days. The fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for casual eating, an integrated dishwasher and fridge, oven and hob, coffee machine and electric juicer. There is also filtered water on tap. The large double bedroom comes with a king size wrought iron bed, wardrobe and sofa. The second bedroom is a twin with wardrobe and storage. The bathroom with toilet and washbasin includes a walk in waterfall shower. USB charging sockets are installed in the kitchen and main bedroom for your ease. Set on the same terrace is a small cassita where you will find a separate utility room with washing machine and additional fridge freezer.
Outside at the front of the main house is a part shaded terrace with uninterrupted views across the beautiful village of Fornalutx to Soller and the Tramutana mountains. The terrace is set up for easy outdoor dining with large table and chairs, and gas bar b que. Perfect for leisurely breakfasts, relaxing lunches and romantic evenings. In addition there is comfortable and versatile outdoor seating.
Further along the terrace, there is also a raised terrace with a bistro style table and chairs.
The private pool is set on the terrace below the house within a large terraced area with relaxing sun loungers and parasols for shade and unrivalled views of the village and mountains.
The olivar is set within terraces of more than 100 olive trees. It is accessed from the Fornalutx via a private road leading to a drive down to a parking and turning area for ease of exiting the property.
Please note that during the month of April and the first week of May my husband and myself will be on site in the casita. we will respect your privacy whilst being available if advice is needed.
