Large walk-in pantry with second fridge. 5 bedrooms, two masters with ensuite bathroom, new walk in custom closets. Beautiful custom stained glass feature in master bath, walnuts cabinets and steam shower. One bedroom is furnished to be used as an office space but has a closet and ensuite bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout main living areas. 2 outdoor patios, hot tub, fire pit and trampoline. 2 garages that fit 4 cars, but one garage has a pool table, ping pong table and arcade basketball game (antique car will be removed). Central heating, air and humidifier. 2 washers & 2 dryers. Beautifully landscaped, private yard, million dollar views of the monument. Quiet, peaceful setting.
This is a seasonal rental only available until April 1, 2024 with a 30 day minimum rental. Damage/security deposit is $2,500. Fully furnished with exquisite furniture and unique art, including linens & fully stocked kitchen.
We have a house cleaner and it is required at a minimum every 30 days. $300/clean is paid by tenant.
