With a secluded location overlooking a quiet lake, close to everything in Minocqua, and ideal for bass fishing and snowmobiling, this four-bedroom home includes a private beach and lots of on-site activities for your next fun-filled vacation. Inside, you'll have two levels of comfort and convenience, with a bright and spacious main-level living space filled with attractive decor and furniture. The gas fireplace will provide a welcoming ambiance to your next dinner party and you'll have two full kitchens with everything the group chefs will need to prepare delightful meals for everyone to enjoy.
Have a little work to do while you're here? You'll have a work desk and chair available and the home's free WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. Reward your hard work with a game of foosball or air hockey or walk down to the lake for a refreshing swim. In the wintertime, you can access Vilas snowmobile trail 51 from the home, and it's a 30-minute trail ride to Boulder Junction, Manitowish, or Minocqua. If you're looking for a little longer trip, it's a 45-minute ride to St. Germain, and one hour to Eagle River, Watersweet, or Gogebic, Michigan trails. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of. The enclosed porch will be a great place to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee while the kids peruse the provided water toys for their day of fun.

Driveway turnaround will accommodate up to a 20-foot trailer.
