This fabulous south facing two bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of Block 10 on the La Isla complex in the lovely golf resort of Condado de Alhama. The apartment looks out over the stunning infinity pool and the surrounding lake, and is ideally located for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The bright and well-furnished accommodation comprises of, an open plan living/dining area, with comfortable seating, cable TV and 100MB Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with everything you might need, a modern bathroom, master double bedroom leading to the terrace and a twin bedroom both of which have large fitted wardrobes with ample room for storage.
The apartment has heating and air con in the lounge and both bedrooms. (Air conditioning allowance of €10 per stay is provided, additional top ups are available from Military Breaks Office in Al Kasar). There is allocated parking space close to the apartment which can also be accessed by a lift and the whole complex is gated and patrolled by security guards for peace of mind.
The town centre of Al Kasar is a short walk away where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, hairdressers/beauty salon, cashpoints and a good variety of bars and restaurants.
Also within the resort is the Jack Nicklaus Alhama signature championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, a driving range, and clubhouse with pro shop, buggy and club hire and its own restaurant and bar with wonderful views of the golf course (To book Golf round and buggy, email - reservasgolf@alhamasignature.com).
For sports enthusiasts there are tennis, paddle, basketball, 5 aside courts and a well-equipped gym located at the Condado Club between Jardine 5&7.
There is a beach bus available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays (collection at 10:00 and returns at 17:00) and also Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays (collection at 17:00 and returns at 23:30), and also a Water Park / Zoo Wildlife bus on a Wednesday and Sunday (see photos). This runs from mid-June until the end of August and can booked by either visiting the Main office which is situated on Condado de Alhama, Al Kasar, Commercial Centre within the Sparkle office,open from 10am to 1.30pm or via this website - www.taquillaticketscondado.com.
There are also 5 beaches about 20 minutes’ drive away. (See photos)
Espuna adventure centre is only 30 minutes away and offers quad biking, Downhill decent, Guided Walks & Hiking, Kayak adventure, River rafting, Paragliding, Archery and also shooting. It also has an excellent on site restaurant. Here's the website to book etc - www.espuna-adventure.com (See photos)
