SECOND FLOOR has a huge game room: ping pong table, work out area, huge flat screen, tons of light, fantastic views of the pool/gazebo, basketball and park area.THE LOWER FLOOR is complete with a theater area , mini bar with temperature controlled wine fridge and snack area. The property is set on nearly two acres of serene, treed, manicured land. There is a half BASKETBALL court with lights, kid's tree house with SLIDE, salt water pool, GAZEBO, FIRE PIT, and POOL HOUSE (one bath and 2nd laundry room are located in the pool house, along with pool toys etc) and BASKETBALL HOOP for POOL.
