They are Highland and Highland Park steers. The house is situated against Forest Service with miles of hiking and elk habitat. Stockade Lake is within 3 miles and you can use the canoes and body boards from the rental at the Lake. Plenty of public land abounds. In fact, just down the road you can hike along French Creek into Stockade Lake. All public. If you prefer, you can sit by the firepit and relax or sit along the rushing French Creek (it runs through the property) and watch Ferdinand and Milkshake graze. Fishing allowed in the creek. Let the kids entertain themselves running outside, camping in the traditional native sleeping area or playing ping pong, foos ball and arcade games in the garage.
