There are 4 modern, clean and comfortable rooms in a recently renovated, gorgeous modern house with a ton of sunlight and easy street parking.
Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee machine, premium shower essentials, and a full kitchen. Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, you’ll enjoy this space that features multiple common areas, creative design, and plenty of USB ports to keep you charged up.
Each room comfortably sleeps two with a luxurious, brand-new bed & lots of special design touches. As you arrive, your room will be waiting for you - after being professionally cleaned, so you can relax and feel right at home.
Lastly, we also do provide two full size airbeds and bed linens, so you can accommodate an additional 4 people comfortably.

This neighborhood is Minneapolis' best kept secret! In our opinion - and we may be a bit biased - you couldn’t have picked a better neighborhood to stay at when visiting Minneapolis. Lyndale is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in all of Minneapolis. People from all walks of life and all corners of the globe live, work and play side by side.
Going downtown? It's just a 10 minute Uber ride or drive away.
Coming from the airport? This is a great location for a layover - just a 15 minute drive from the airport.
It’s a really walkable neighborhood where you can access everything from restaurants, bars, lakes, and downtown area within a short walk, bike ride or an Uber ride.
We have a ton of amazing restaurants and bars in the area including some of the best Ramen we’ve ever tried, a perfect coffeehouse if you're in the mood for a latte, espresso or want to try some local creations, as well as a variety of other options.
Right nearby, you can access Lake Calhoun, the largest lake in Minneapolis and a part of the so-called Chain of Lakes. It’s connected to other lakes in the city through a series of trails and is popular in the warm months for canoeing, kayaking, and windsurfing, and swimming.
Right near the lake is another super fun and hip neighborhood called Uptown. It has a ton of restaurants, bars, shops and things to do and is worth checking out if you have a bit of time.
If you head North of us, you’ll come across the famous Eat Street. Going from there, all the way to downtown Minneapolis, it's an awesome and affordable area to get a full taste of all the different flavors of the Twin Cities. It got over 40 restaurants within a few blocks and constantly changes too.
If you want to go shopping at more mainstream stores, check out the famous Mall of America - also just a 15 minute drive away. Believe it or not, it is the largest mall in the United States in terms of total floor area and the twelfth largest in the world. It’s got over 500 stores, cinemas, as well as a full blown amusement park inside.

If you're driving in, we provide 2 covered garage spots and 1 uncovered off-street parking space. There is also easy street parking, if you need it.
Whether you have a car or not, Uber and Lyft are a great way to get around this city. Most locations are just 10 minutes away and only cost a few bucks. It's really a easy and simple way to get anywhere in Minneapolis, as well as to and from the airport.
When the weather is good, our neighborhood - as well as most of Minneapolis - is very walkable and bikeable. So you can just stroll to most places too.
Alternatively, we are also big fans of the new scooter-share program that came to town called Lime Bikes. You can find and rent a small stand-up scooter, go to your destination, and drop it off anywhere. It's cheap, convenient and very fun.

Rest assured that we take all possible precautions to ensure you have a comfortable and safe stay at our house.

Check in is at 04:00pm.
- CHECK-OUT -
Guests must check-out by 11:00am on the departure day established in their reservation. However, feel free to leave your luggage in the common area to pick-up later that day.
- PARKING -
We provide 3 off-street parking spaces behind our house - 2 are in a garage and 1 is uncovered. Alternatively, there is plentiful street parking available as well.
- PETS -
We welcome pets, but check with us first for approval. A small fee may apply.
- DAMAGE/LOSS -
Please note that if there is any damage to the property caused during your stay, you will be charged for it afterward.
