Summary: I’m going to be brutally honest here. The area of this property is very nice. The one good thing was the beds were comfortable.The bedrooms are a good size. The bathroom could use some work with tub and floor. The kitchen in the ad is not what you get, hardly any good size pots and pans or trays for cooking. Some cupboards are falling apart and not very clean on the inside. The dishwasher is missing the utensils basket. The island was useful, stove and fridge worked fine.The washing machine and dryer worked but are very loud. The walls are bare & in need of painting.The owner did not leave an info sheet for the home stating garbage/recycling day or internet password. I had to text him on a lot of things regarding the home. The internet is not very good. I had a hard time working and connecting to it. I had to use my own phone data to send important emails for work. The tenants living in the basement were very nice and shared the backyard with us. If you can visit the property before you rent would be a good thing, so that you know it is worth the money you are paying. The owner includes a cleaning fee but no one came to the property to clean the home on the day of our check out. Check out is 11 am and the owner at 10:34am texted me that the new guests have arrived when check in was supposed to be 4pm. I asked about the cleaners and his response was “It doesn’t matter. They’re coming” WOW! Really! We fully vacuumed the place and left it neat and tidy.
