First floor:
On the first floor there is a modern kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a spacious living-dining area, which has a cozy sofa corner and a dining table. The large patio doors that open out onto the garden and the friendly choice of colors give the room a very bright feel. On this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (105 cm x 190 cm), a dressing room and its own access to the terrace. Next to it is a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Second floor:
There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor: the first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the third bedroom there is another double bed (160 cm x 190 cm). It has a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms are equipped with a television. In addition, the entire finca is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, so that the finca can be rented in both winter and summer.
Outdoor area:
The finca is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. There is a covered veranda, a barbecue area and a pool with sun loungers from which you can see the island of Cabrera. A vacation in this finca is suitable for families with children. There is plenty of space to play and run around in the fenced outdoor area of the finca, while parents can always keep an eye on the children from the terrace.
