Four bedroom, three full bath ranch in beautiful neighborhood minutes from campus and restaurants.
Two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with full size bed on the main floor—each with its own full bathroom.
Fully finished basement has two bedrooms that share a full bathroom.
Family room with TV both upstairs and in the basement.
2 friendly indoor cats live in the home and will be present. THEY WILL BE IN THE HOUSE. They are very friendly, but still have their claws. Just a precaution. I would suggest putting any luggage up off the floor as they might lie down on it.

Ranch house with basement, front porch with swing, back porch with seating area, swingset, trampoline. USE TRAMPOLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Guest access
The house is fully open to guests. We have a full finished basement with tv room, bar, workout space and toy room. Bart has mini fridge you may use.
Other things to note
This is our primary residence, so it is truly our home. We make alternate arrangements when home is booked and will not be present.
As stated above, two friendly cats live in the home and will be present. They have claws. They love to be pet on the head, just be cautious of any belly rubs, they like to play!
