Beautiful single family three bedroom, two bath home located in Southwest Oklahoma City. Just five miles from the Will Rogers World Airport (~10 minute drive). Close to many of the city’s attractions, such as the Stockyards (7 miles), OKC National Memorial (9 miles), Bricktown (10 miles) and much more. Quiet newer neighborhood with great amenities. Huge covered community dining area with picnic tables, wonderful playground for children, and sizeable pond stocked with bass, crappie and catfish. Basic fishing equipment and poles are provided by homeowner.
This lovely home can accommodate up to eight people. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 32” TV & X-box, suite bathroom with double sinks and a soaking tub, as well as an oversize tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two queen beds and third bedroom has one queen bed, 42” TV, X-box, and Amazon Fire TV stick. The second bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway, just outside these two bedrooms. All bed linens and towels are included.
Beautiful wood floors, oversized windows and vaulted ceiling enhance the kitchen & dining area. Gourmet kitchen has spacious granite counters and 4-burner gas stove. Large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils plus a fully stocked walk-in pantry make this kitchen a cook’s dream come true! Dining area with large windows seats six and huge granite kitchen island seats three. Coffee maker and coffee are also provided.
The door off of the dining area opens to the covered patio and a huge fenced backyard. There are three grills for your use - gas grill, charcoal grill, and custom Argentine Santa Maria Wood Fire grill under a gazebo in the yard. Enjoy the covered patio dining table with seating for six people while prepping food on the granite workspace and cooking on one of grills.
Living room has plenty of comfy seating, 60” TV with Apple TV and gas fireplace. Hallway off the living room leads to two bedrooms and second bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer is located between the kitchen and the master bedroom. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Central heating and air conditioning keeps this home comfortable year ‘round. Cards, board games, a chess set, two X-box remotes and a gaming headset are provided for your entertainment.
The garage and master closet are not included in this rental, as it is reserved for the owner’s use only. There is an oversized dresser in the master bedroom for storage and parking available in the driveway. Smoking is not allowed inside at any time. Should smoking occur inside, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee assessed. No pets allowed.
