This is a unique opportunity to escape the summer heat and spend the heart of the spectacular wildflower season in gorgeous Crested Butte, CO. Our mountain home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Crested Butte South (CB South), a quick 12 minute drive to the town of Crested Butte.
Our spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home consists of three levels. The main level has an open floor plan with lots of windows and light. A fully equipped kitchen which opens into the dining area complete with a love seat - perfect for socializing. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and windows galore with French doors that open to a west-facing deck which has expansive views of the 12,000’ Whetstone Mountain across the valley with fantastic sunsets. The upper level has the master bedroom with king bed and master bath with double sink, shower with rain shower head and jacuzzi tub. The lower level has two bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms is quite spacious with two couches and a TV. The back yard has a stone patio with a Solo Fire Pit.
One bay in the garage will be available for a vehicle and the driveway has parking for an additional two vehicles. Our location in CB South offers "door to door" hiking and biking opportunities among the vast network of trails throughout the Cement Creek valley and easy access to the many miles of trails in Wilderness and Forest Service land surrounding Crested Butte.
