The villa is located in front of the community swimming pool surrounded by a garden. The house is spacious, bright with views of the pool and the sea. It is furnished in a modern style and offers every comfort. Urbanization offers a sunny most international atmosphere. With a very large living room combining lounge, dining room and kitchen, the ground floor is the center of the villa in summer as in winter ... IT IS IMPERATIVE:

DO NOT sit wet in the house

LEAVE the house clean and in good condition

For hot water turn on the water heater (1st floor above the washing machine)
All household and dishwasher are under the sink in the kitchen and can be used just like the laundry product and in normal amounts.
