NO Longer available: This wonderful house is our personal getaway that can be rented out 2 weeks a year. Perfect for a summer getaway. (Remember we only rent 2 weeks a year.) One could easily believe that they have not only found the best vacation rental that money can buy but also their own personal resort that is worth every penny!
Our Beautiful Lake Home is ready and waiting for you and your family to make the memories of a lifetime. Need more room for your family? You can also rent our cottage that is on the same property. Vrbo# 255129 and can have up to 24 guests. You will find so much to do that you won't ever want to leave! Come sit on the deck and enjoy the fresh breezes with an unobstructed & calming view of the lake. Hang out on our own personal sandy-beach, soak up the sun, or take a nap in the hammock. Watch all the boats and skiers and planes fly by and take in all the great Michigan wildlife that surrounds you. Watch your kids having a blast with all the beach toys or see them jump on the water trampoline while they are smiling ear to ear.
Fish from the dock where the fish come to you, or with the fishing boat and let the trolling motor bring you to the fish. Go on adventures with the 8 kayaks, 3 stand up paddle boards, or state of the art stepper board or even the huge swan peddle boat! In the evenings, build a fire in the fire-pit or have a cookout on the patio. Rain? No problem! The covered patio on lower deck will keep you dry, watch the rain if you want. We have board games, game rooms, a sauna, a tanning bed, a workout area, televisions in every room, and fast internet! Need a nap? Wrap yourself up in 100% Egyptian cotton bedding and wake up still in paradise. Hungry? Why leave! We have two full kitchens, two natural gas grills, and grocery stores nearby. If you really must get out of the house, you are within 10 minutes of quaint downtown Grand Haven (Coast Guard City USA!) which offers a wide variety of shopping needs & wants, parks, sights, and eateries. Check out the world largest musical fountain and all the historic buildings or take a stroll down the pier and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Michigan.
We do our best to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need for your vacation. All you need to bring is a few toiletries, clothing and then take a trip or two to the grocery store. We have bikes, bike helmets, and strollers. We have yard games, natural gas grills, wood for the fire-pit, and coolers for the beach. There is a large yard, patio, and deck with enough space for the entire family outside. The sleeping arrangements will also be comfortable and spacious on the inside. We trust that your stay will be an absolute pleasure and we challenge you to try and find anything we have missed!
