We take our guest safety and health seriously. In light of Covid-19 we wanted to let you know our standards of cleanliness will remain a top priority. We have recently installed Remy Halo U V lighting in the duct work of the home to kill any airborne virus that might be present in the home to help insure a safe environment. This home is always disinfected in between each guest(s). All bed quilts, sheets and towels will be freshly washed. Durning these times each bed will be outfitted with sheets and a light weight quilt. Please feel free to bring extra blankets from home. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me a head of booking. This custom built lake view home accommadates 7 guest with cozy contemporary style. You are also welcome to add air mattresses to accommodate more guest as the bedrooms are very large! Buckeye Lake is across the street and can be viewed from several locations in the house. Unwind on the back deck watching the sunset over the lake. The backyard is fenced in perfect for children and pets. The house offers a 1 car garage and 3 additional parking spaces. The walking path is accessible across the street. Enjoy a nice walk to the Buckeye Lake Winery located less than a mile away with you guessed it outdoor seating with lake views. This community is golf cart, dog and children friendly. Fairfield Beach state boat ramp is located across the street and offers ample trailer parking. Several bars/restaurants accessible by boat such as Papa Boo’s, Island House, and Copper Penny to name a few. The master bedroom offers a spacious master bath with double vanities, throne room, soaking tub and shower. Bedroom 2 offers a on-suite bathroom with a door to the hallway for bedroom 3 to share.
