Spacious brand new home with high end furnishings throughout the 5 bedrooms to easily accommodate your large family or friends getaway. Each room features ductless air units to allow for customized thermostat to maximize each guests comfort. A large main living space with gorgeous kitchen, dining and living space. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace warms up the large seating area with two matching custom couches. Seating at the island as well as large dining table or take your meals outside to the 12 person dining table flanked by matching sectionals all on the covered deck. Master en suite on main floor features custom tile shower with private access to the covered deck. A queen bedroom with lake-views and cozy double full bedroom are situated on the upper level with a shared bathroom that includes a jetted tub. The lower level boasts a large family entertainment space with custom wet bar and tables for games, unique stained concrete flooring and a king bedroom adjoined with the final bedroom which holds two full beds and a twin trundle. An oversized tile shower with dual shower heads to clean up after a long day on the water is on the lower level as well. Two sets of French doors open to the relaxing patio equipped with a daybed swing and Adirondack chairs to take in the view. Luxury linens, mattresses and finishes throughout. Thor appliances to include ice machine in basement bar for beverages or coolers. Multiple Roku TVs throughout available for indoor entertainment.
