The architecture is a combination of classical West Indian and Italiano-Renaussance period, with a delightful gabled roof, and covered sea facing patios.
The open rhythm of the house lends itself to indolent leisure, with living quarters on the ground floor and a lovely wrap around patio from which to capture the first glow of sunrise, as it storms the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean, before it runs into the wash of a new dawn. The kitchen is compact, but surprising in storage as there is a walk-in pantry for stocking up with groceries. Two en-suite bedrooms and a powder room for ease of entertainment complete the floor plan, with one en-suite and the powder room located on the ground floor.
The upper level comprises the master bedroom; an expansive open loft aspect with a sea facing patio and a Swedish shower room, inclusive of a 7' Japanese soaking tub..... The layout invites your imagination take you where it will......
