Parking. We do not recommend parking in front of the building on the sidewalk. Usually, free parking spots are available on Fairmount St. or Corinthian St. Please note: The is no smoking and strictly no parties.
Please note: We use a noise monitoring device on the property to ensure that our guests are being good neighbors; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseAware technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
Please note: The water pressure in the bathroom faucets is quite low, we have investigated the issue and the city have advised us that there is nothing that they can do" We just wanted to let you know that when brushing teeth etc to not to expect much more than a trickle.
We are professional hosts and this is our living, hence you can be assured that while you will be able to reach a live person 24 hours a day, we will not be pestering you, other than to initially make sure that you are comfortable. So in short, we will be there for you when you need us.

Enter through the front door at the ground floor level and down the hallway and to the left you will find the 1st bedroom with a tastefully decorated Full sized Bedroom featuring a 32" Smart flat screened TV
Proceeding down the hallway and in front of you you will find a very tastefully decorated living room and a large 50" flat screen Smart TV. The Sofa will also transform into a sleeper sofa for overnight guests or smaller children. Excellent attention to detail on all finishes will delight you as you continue to walk through the kitchen and dining area. The dining table features 2 leaves so you can choose how large you would like the dining table. You will find 2 dining chairs upstairs and other chairs are located throughout the home and you can choose as many of them as you would like (upto a maximum of 4) depending on how many in your dinner party. Beyond the dining area will find a small enclosed patio, perfect for a coffee or wine break.
Downstairs, you will find 2 lavish and comfortable bedrooms each bedrooms featuring a Queen sized bed and 32" Smart TV's. Additionally another full modern bathroom. Inside the closet you will find the washing machine and dryer along with ironing items.
Public transportation is available within a 5 minute walk.
