Welcome to “A wave from it all.” This fully furnished, BRAND NEW 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers beautiful ocean and bay views from covered front and back decks. Located in the quiet San Luis subdivision (outside city limits) you have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, dock/pier as well as the free beach access road directly across the Blue Water Highway. This home offers an open concept fully furnished kitchen, dining, living room with upscale furnishings, modern amenities, and coastal décor. With a whole home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system on the fridge, so you’ll always have pure clean water. Enjoy meals at the dining table (6) with room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Take advantage of the outdoor dining table (6) on the covered back deck to feel the gulf breeze and watch the waves roll in. Please help yourself to the Keurig k-duo coffeemaker with 12 cup carafe and complimentary single server k-cup pods to watch the sunrise/sunsets. The living room and all 3 bedrooms have wall-mounted smart TV’s so everyone can enjoy their own show. Renters can log into their own Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts. Free Cable TV is accessible through “YouTube TV” provided by the owner. The Master bedroom (king bed) has a bay view, walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate water closet (toilet). The Guest room (queen bed) has beach views. Both the Master and Guest room have USB chargers mounted to bedside nightstands. The Bunkroom has beach views and includes adult size bunk beds that sleep 4 with a DVD player and DVD library to choose from. The owner is also providing board games, puzzles, cards, dominos in the living room cabinet, and kids beach toys located under the stairs. A fish cleaning station is available downstairs after a day on the water. The outdoor shower has hot/cold water. Feel free to cook your catch on the gas grill (propane tank included. Explore our wonderful beach town community of Surfside. Drive 10 minutes to Surfside Jetty Park where you have free access to the harbor channel, pedestrian beach, and playground. Watch the ships come in while you fish and walk the flower and butterfly trails. Drive your car or boat to Dorado’s Dive Club. Enjoy the harbor views, delicious food, beverages (Margarita’s!), great music, and an awesome atmosphere.
