This home is very special. In the fall of 2023, my mom moved from Northern WI in with my family for treatment at Mayo for cancer. After living in my daughter's room for a few months, we purchased this home for my mom, extra family & her friends who would be coming to help with her care. This home has been a gift, a hospital, a hideout as she received 11 months of treatment. By the grace of God, my mom survived & was able to move back home, 4 hours away. Now it's time to share this space with others & allow it to bless your family as much as it has blessed mine. This home is incredibly close to downtown Rochester, but is hidden on 7 acres. You will have access to hiking trails, a giant front & back yard and absolute privacy. Whether you're looking for a weekend with friends, gathering family, or here for Mayo, I know you'll love the Hermann Court Hideout!

This is my second listing, I had a wild idea in 2021 to see if anybody would rent my house that I live in. It's been an adventure and has opened up multiple avenues for my family... including purchasing this home for my mom when she was in a time of need.
