The lower ground floor accommodates four bedrooms, including one small room with a bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm, one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, one room with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm with exit to the east-facing garden, and one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm that includes a private shower and WC with garden access.
