3 Bedroom House in Florida Ridge, Vero Beach
It’s a beautiful 3-2 that is in the middle of the town. The beach is a 8 minute drive away. Stores and restaurants are all in a five minute driving distance. A very quiet neighborhood. Free wifi, Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, DisneyPlus, and PrimeVideo. There’s also a washer and dryer that you can use.
Check out time is by 11:00am.. if failed to leave by 11 a $65 charge will be added as a late check out fee.
Check in early is a $65 fee.
If you stain any of the sheets or pillow cases it’s a $20 charge per set!
If any towels or wash clothes are stained it’s $10 per towel!
If any blankets are stained or ripped it’s a $50.
If any cups or plates are damaged it’s a $40 charge.
If you lose a house key or misplace it it’s $5 per key.

-Strip bed linens and put into bag , leave in laundry room.
-make sure all dirty towels are in a bag and set them by washer as well.
-do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Place any dirty dishes in dishwasher (you do not need to start it)
-place all garbage outside tied in bag. No left over garbage should be inside when leaving.
-set ac to 73 or higher before leaving so the unit doesn’t freeze up.
-make sure oven & coffee maker are off
-turn off all lights and make sure all doors are locked and shut properly
