This cute little jem is located on Lake Darling just minutes from Arrowwood resort, Carlos Creek Winery, Alex Golf Coarse and Gathered Oaks. The home has aesthetic that is modern in style and construction with clean lines. Windows blanket the entire lakeside wall that provides breath taking lake views as well as plentiful natural light. Alongside the entire length of the home on the lake side is a concrete patio that is 11 feet wide with plenty of seating that provides a great hangout! Also includes a gas firepit table, outside dining set and a charcoal grill. Bon fire pit near the lake.
