Originally the servants quarters at Penquite an original Arts and Crafts home. The apartment is fully self contained with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, lounge/dinner and kitchen, its own entrance on the ground floor and use of the large mature garden is at your disposal during your stay. the accommodation is arranged over 3 floors featuring a small and narrow original winding staircase. The Seaside Suite has been lovingly renovated with many luxurious touches and decorated to complement the architectural features that are plentiful and carefully selected pieces of vintage furniture. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower with elegant traditional styling. the room has an additional bed that can be folded out from a chair for a 5th small person. the second bedroom is an adorable and cosy twin room tucked away in the eves of the house where along the corridor is the spacious lounge diner, and the second bathroom with shower that is equally as stylish. The Lounge opens out on to the fully equipped hand built and painted kitchen that will cater for all your needs!
Penquite is located in the beautiful Cornish village of Lelant which boast several pubs and restaurants, and the village station where the coastal train stops on its way to the ever popular village of St Ives with its many restaurants, art galleries and beaches.
it is a just 10 mins walk to the stunning Porhtkidney beach from Penquite and also to the south west coastal path where you can take it all the way to St Ives and beyond!
