Spacious (1600 square feet) and fully furnished carriage home in quiet community with impeccably maintained grounds. Easy ground floor access with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a study/den and large lanai where an unobstructed pond view and beautiful sunsets await! Recently renovated with new couches, lighting and modern bathroom. Community pool, gym and tennis courts are within 10 minutes walk.
Conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants while Fort Myers Beach is only 8 miles away. A place you will fall in love with, as did our former tenant of 8 years and ourselves!

Renters will be required to sign a lease agreement and application to rent which is subject to approval by the Community Association and cost of USD150 to be paid by the renter (this amount is included in the host fees so you will not be paying twice). In addition, a background check will be conducted by the Association at a cost of USD40 per person (not included in the host fees). This process takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete from the time the association forms are completed and submitted.
