Ground floor, Sofa, Table and Chairs. Beautiful wooden doors opening onto street and at rear a small paved garden,
sheltered by seasonal colourful mature Oleander Plants. Garden/ Brick Built Coal BBQ. There is also an further table and chairs and Large Parasol.
Free Parking around the Commune.
Local Amenities/ Attractions: Licini Museum, 150 metres. Cafe/ bar 400 metres. Pizzeria 1000 metres. Small supermarket for essentials, Butchers, Fishmongers, Bakery, Pharmacy, Post Office 1200 metres. Always check opening times. Siesta is usually 1-4pm.
The village has its own floodlight 3g 5 aside football pitch (stadio calcetto). commune. A Boutique for men and women owned by our family friend Ivo.
