This seasonal rental townhome is located in the Cottonwood Bend neighborhood of the Verandah of Fort Myers, Florida. The townhome includes a long shaded driveway with a 1 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths and well appointed living spaces with a beautiful lake view that is directly behind the rental. The Verandah is a gated community located just off of exit 141 of I 75 and it is full of nature including a large kayak and stand up paddle board facility since the scenic Orange River is located throughout the community. In winter large quantities of manatees gather in this warm river creating a unforgettable experience!
The Space:
Your seasonal rental townhome includes an attached one car garage with 2 bikes for your use and a long, shaded driveway. Upon enter the first floor of the home you come into a hallway which leads to the kitchen, the half bath and the family room. The kitchen has a gas range which is a luxury in SW Florida! All of the appliances are stainless steel and the counter tops are granite. The dining set is just off the kitchen and has seating for 4.
There is a beautiful view to the lake behind the townhome that can be seen from most of the first floor of the townhome as well as from the main bedroom which is located on the second floor. The family room has a leather sofa with a attached chaise lounge and there is a flat screen TV in the family room. There is a triple set of sliding doors that lead to and from the family room to the screened and covered lanai which has a very relaxing setting looking out towards the lake behind the home.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor as well as the laundry room, the main bathroom which is attached to the main bedroom and the second full sized bathroom. The main bathroom is located in the back of the townhome and has a lake view and a King bed.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Standard sized bed. Conveniently the laundry room is located on the second floor as well. This townhome has a floor plan fit for the modern family with separated living and bedroom spaces and open and spacious rooms.
The townhome is located in the Cottonwood Bend subdivision of the Verandah and there is a smaller community pool that is walkable located in Cottonwood Bend and being located in the front of Verandah it is easy to get in and out of the community and you can easily walk to the Publix grocery store without going back out to the main road.
The onsite amenities in the Verandah are anchored by the River Village which is surrounded by mature and large Live Oaks complete with hanging Spanish moss. Guests staying in the Verandah can enjoy the Verandah Fitness Center which includes an indoor gym, a resort style swimming pool, bocce, tennis and 8 new lighted pickleball courts for night play, as well as a children's play area tucked away into a shaded area. The River Village is anchored onto the Orange river and there is a sizable covered kayak and stand up paddleboard launch area along with bathroom facilities and a screened outdoor bar and restaurant. During the winter large numbers of manatees gather on the river and guests will enjoy being able to kayak with them. The Orange river also leads out to the Caloosahatchee River which is part of the Intercoastal waterway linking both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.
Family Privileges at the Fitness Center, Tennis Facility, Pickleball Courts, Pool and Dining/Social Events May through September with Unlimited Golf Access at Lowest Available Guest Rate. October through December - Golf Access Four Times Per Month at Reduced Guest Rate. Then guests can play golf 1 time per month Jan - April with a 4 day advance tee time booking. There are 2 fabulous local public golf clubs close by: River Hall and Babcock Ranch.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
