The Space:
Amazing location that is great for families and young children! This home is located across the street from an aquatic center called, "Antelope Aquatic Complex". There are multiple large water slides, lounge chairs and much more! This is a great birthday party location! 3 different pools available for the public. 2 swimming pools for kids and 1 lap swimming pool. Opens 1pm-4:30pm Wednesday-Sunday. Closed Monday & Tuesday. There may be a small entrance fee.
Next to the "Antelope Community Park", there are Tennis Courts, Baseball field, Softball field, Huge park structure, Running trail paths, Picnic Tables, BBQ's!!! Bring the kids and have a blast!
24 hour fitness located closely by and California Sun tanning salon. Close to Bel Air & Winco markets, Jamba Juice, Banking and more! 10 minutes away from Gibson Ranch and Cherry Island Golf Course. 20-25 minutes from Downtown/Midtown Sacramento, Convention Center, Golden 1 center, Old Sacramento, Railroad Museum, Sutter's Fort & Discovery Park/Concerts in the Park. 20 Minutes to the Galleria Mall, Roseville/ Rocklin, Thunder Valley Casino & Top Golf. After booking is confirmed, Airhoster requires another process to validate and confirm a damage waiver. There is an insurance of $35 fee that will cover guests in accidental damage up to $500. We ask that this is completed before check in. Thank you!
PETS: We have a strict No Pets policy. If a pet is brought onto the property without first notifying the host of a Service Animal, you will be charged a $300 fee and be required to remove the pet immediately. Notification and documentation for any Service Animal must be provided to the host prior to check in. Please have a crate or kennel for your service animal for sleeping. We do not allow animals on the beds or furniture. Service animal must be with the owner when leaving Airbnb and never left alone on the property.
COVID-19 POLICIES:
If you plan on testing before your arrival please do so before the cancelation window in order to receive a full refund if you can no longer make it. You must cancel 1 week prior to your reservation check in dates to receive the full amount back. Thank you for your consideration!

-Longer stays over 10 days require a cleaning deposit and if not necessary will refund after check out.
-Bookings on Thanksgiving & Christmas a cleaning deposit of $250 is required. If no additional services are required we refund the entire amount back. This does not apply for guests with no reviews due to the $250 deposit already being collected after booking, however guests with reviews, the $250 will need to be collected before the check in date.
