Welcome to Atlanta! Stay in this beautiful updated apartment located right in the center of Midtown, a few blocks from Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline. This apartment is filled with natural light and contemporary décor, it's a few minute-walk to the finest landmarks, restaurants, and night spots Atlanta has to offer. Staying here is like staying in your home away from home! Please be advised that there is new construction directly across the street from our building, which may have work being conducted during the day that has vehicles and construction noises.
Given the coronavirus outbreak, I have a moderate cancellation policy and will make every effort to work with our guests to accommodate their needs during this challenging time. This property is professionally cleaned with disinfectant between each guest stay and complies with the cleaning standards from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
All surfaces including floors will be professionally deep cleaned with paper towels (not cloth), Lysol 99.9% surface cleaner, and Lysol spray, as well as a light bleach sanitizing solution. Bedding and linens will be washed with organic laundry detergent, as well as, a small amount of bleach for safety purposes. All plates, glasses, and silverware as well as other kitchenware will be removed and run through the dishwasher on the hottest cycle, even if unused.
I have a dedicated concierge service for any help or inquiries needed 24 hours a day during your stay to assist with any questions related to updates or healthcare facilities or anything at all that you may need some extra help with while visiting Atlanta.
The Space:
The apartment is in a brand new building with new appliances and high ceilings, with a private patio to relax and unwind after a busy day. There is also a common area rooftop patio with outdoor couches, furniture, and TV with an awesome view of the Atlanta skyline!
Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the one-bedroom apartment with electronic key access to the unit. Parking at the building, and a private patio.
The Neighborhood:
Experience the neighborhood's creative city lifestyle and walk to Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline. Piedmont Park and Freedom Park are around the corner and the North Avenue MARTA station is a mile and a half away. Multiple restaurant options directly across the street and grocery store a half a block away.
Getting Around:

THE NORTH AVENUE MARTA STATION IS A MILE AND A HALF AWAY, AT THE CORNER OF W PEACHTREE STREET NW. Take MARTA Bus 2 – Ponce de Leon Ave and MARTA Bus 102 – Moreland/Candler Park to Ponce City Market. Buses to Ponce City Market(located across the street) are in service every 15 minutes, 7 days a week, from 5:00 AM to 12:30 AM.

No Pets ($250 fine)
No loud noises or loud music at any time. No events, No party, and No gatherings. Please be respectful of the other neighbors in the building that are next door and below our unit on the lower level and keep the noise level to a minimum during the hours of 10 pm - 8 am.
Please note that some booking platforms don't support linen fees, a $15 linen fee is required with the reservation and will be paid separately.
The property is equipped with outdoor security surveillance cameras, as well as, noise detection devices that measure the level of sound.
There will be a minimum $350 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.
Please respect that checkout is by 11 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving, there will be a $50 late check fee applied to the reservation if you have checked out later than 11:15 AM.
We require confirmation of our guests and request verification of identification and payment method via our guest portal for the reservation to finalize each booking request.
We also offer extra cleaning for long-term stays for only $65/cleaning. Let us know if you're interested so we can arrange the cleaning schedule.
Due to the requirements during the Pandemic, we are not able to accommodate any late checkouts. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
