The Pelicanโs Post is a spacious 4-Bedroom, 4-Bath duplex situated on a high lot with beautiful views of the ocean from all levels. Located just across the street from the beach access on a quite cul-de-sac. Just minutes away from Emerald Isle where vacationers can shop, catch a movie, play miniature golf, ride a go cart and more. Within a 5 minute drive to restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. The Bogue Inlet Pier is a short walk down the beach where you can fish, get lunch or watch the waves. Bike rentals, Jet Ski rentals and Kayaks are a 5 minute drive on the sound side of the island.
GROUND LEVEL: Movie/Rec Room-Large Smart TV with sectional and lots of games, puzzles, and cards. There is also a full bathroom.
MIDDLE LEVEL: Master bedroom has a King Bed and on-suite, Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and there is a full bathroom as well. Oceanview deck access from the master bedroom.
TOP LEVEL: Bedroom 4 has a Queen Bed and attached full bathroom, Large open living room with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchen and dining room.
