Villa Parenzo I is set in the village of Kukci, only 2 km from the coast and popular Poreč, and is part of a complex consisting of 4 identical villas. This luxurious villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people who will surely enjoy every corner of it. In addition to the heated outdoor pool, you will also find an outdoor hot tub and plenty of space for socializing and relaxing.
The interior of the villa covers 350 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a stylishly decorated space for relaxing, cooking and dining. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa, ideal for lounging and watching movies in the evenings. In the extension of the room there is a dining table with 8 chairs and next to it a fully equipped kitchen with an island where cooking will be a real pleasure. Glass walls run the length of the room, letting in plenty of natural light and providing direct access to the outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding countryside.
Of the 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and 3 are on the 1st floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. 3 rooms have double beds and access to the balcony. If you want to explore the surroundings of the villa, you can do so on foot. The first café, restaurant and shop are just a few minutes away by walk, while the first beach is still a drive away. But don't worry, you won't be driving for long. After swimming, take the opportunity to visit Poreč and walk through its old town.
