Beautiful 3 bedroomed villa with private pool and lots of outdoor space and stunning views, situated on the hillside of Alhaurin de la Torre, in an exclusive residential area. It's located 15 mins drive from Malaga international airport, 10 mins from the beach and 15 mins from several well known golf courses, such as Lauro Golf and The Parador.
The villa enjoys outstanding views to Sierra de Mijas and the Guadhalorce valley. It has 3 double bedrooms where normally sleep 6, and up to 8 people can be accommodated using a sofa bed in the lounge area. It has air conditioning throughout the property, both heat and cold. It's quietly situated in one of the nicest parts of town and the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
Open plan living room and kitchen with 70 square mts. The kitchen door opens directly onto the large patio/terrace and barbeque area leading to the pool. The living room/lounge area also opens directly to the main balcony where you can enjoy amazing views to the Guadhalorce Valley, Malaga city and the Torcal National park.
Alhaurin de la Torre Area / El Lagar area
A couple of supermarkets (Mercadona and Aldi) are located within 10/15 mins walking distance, as well as some restaurants and bars. The Villa is a couple of miles away to the centre of town where you will find additional amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. There are many beautiful and sandy beaches within very easy reach, such Guadalmar, Los Alamos, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, aqua parks, aquariums and horse riding activities and the upmarket, cosmopolitan resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
And for those of you who love adventure and trekking the villa is 40 mins drive to Caminito del Rey ( which is a well known walkway, pinned along the steep walls of a narrow gorge in El Chorro. It is also described as the world's scariest footpath/hikes with high levels of safety.

There are flights to Malaga from most main UK airports and most EU destinations. The airport is located west of the city of Malaga, approx 7 kms (about 15 minutes drive) to the villa. Car hire is recommendable.
